Hours of Operation

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am -5 pm Eastern Time.  As a business owner and mom, the weekends and after hour time is extremely important to our family.

Cancellation & Refunds

 My main goal is to make sure you are fully satisfied with your services. Due to the nature of Virtual Assistant services, no refunds will be issued regardless of where you are in the process and no hours will be refunded or rolled into another monthly term.

 

Response Time

When services are booked, we will discuss a general timeline for each task.  Once we begin our tasks, it can take anywhere between 2-24 business hours to receive a response, depending on the scope of work and if any further information is required from you. 

Communication

We utilize Slack as our main communication tool (unless otherwise discussed).  Each client has their own private channel in which communication takes place.  Each client is given 3 hours of phone/video support per 30 days. Phone/Video support hours beyond the 3 included hours are billed at the current hourly rate. 

Payment

With your great investment, we offer a payment plan for those who qualify. We allow you to split your payment into two scheduled payments.  Your first payment is 50% of your invoice total and is due upfront before services begin.  Your final payment is due when 50% of the work has been completed. All payments and deposits are non-refundable.

We do not provide any services on the following Holidays:

  • New Years Eve
  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Easter
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

You’ll receive a contract outlining all of our terms and conditions once we have had our initial call.  Please ensure you read your contract in full and understand the terms and conditions listed as well.
